About the service

Mantike Neirophant lets you lay out card spreads and get them interpreted by artificial intelligence (AI). By using the service you accept these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it.

You must be 18 or older to use the service.

AI readings

Spreads and readings are for entertainment and self-reflection. They do not predict or guarantee what will happen.

Readings are written by AI and can contain mistakes. They do not replace advice from a doctor, psychologist, lawyer or financial adviser.

Account

You can sign in with email, Google or Telegram. Guests can use the service with a smaller limit. You are responsible for access to your account and for what happens in it.

You can delete your account at any time by writing to hello@cogerent.software.

Subscription and payment

The free plan is available after sign-up. Paid plans are monthly subscriptions. Question limits and plan contents are listed on the plans page. Unused questions do not carry over to the next month.

Subscriptions renew automatically every month until you cancel. You can cancel renewal at any time in your account. Paid access stays until the end of the current period.

Prices are in US dollars. Payments are processed by our payment partner, and your bank may charge a conversion fee. We will announce price changes in advance, and a new price applies from the next period.

Response times on the plans page are approximate and depend on load.

Refunds

We refund your first subscription payment if you ask within 14 days and have asked no more than 5 questions on the paid plan. Renewals are not refundable unless the law requires it.

Double charges and payments for a plan that did not work through our fault are refunded in full.

To request a refund, write to hello@cogerent.software with your account email and the payment date. The money goes back to the original payment method. The paid plan ends once the refund is made.

Rules

Do not bypass limits, including with multiple accounts, scrape data, resell access, disrupt the service, or upload illegal content or photos of other people without their consent.

If you break these rules, we may restrict or close your account.

Content

Your questions, photos and spreads belong to you. You allow us to store and process them to run the service, including sending them to AI for a reading.

The code, design and texts of the service belong to the operator or are used under license. Do not copy them without permission.

Liability

The service is provided as is. We work to keep it running but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted.

We are not responsible for decisions made based on readings. Unless the law requires otherwise, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months.

Changes and governing law

We may change these terms and will announce important changes on the site in advance. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the new version.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and of Canada. This does not limit your consumer rights under the law of your country. Send questions about these terms to hello@cogerent.software.
