Who processes your data

Your personal data is processed by the operator of the service, listed above. Send questions about your data to hello@cogerent.software.

What we collect

Account: email and a hash of your password. With Google or Telegram sign-in, also your name, avatar and account ID.

Spreads in your history: deck, cards, question, attached photos, AI answers and follow-ups.

Payments: plan, amount, dates and payment status. Card details are handled by the payment partner and never reach us.

Technical data: IP address and the country it points to, browser, request times. For guests without an account, also a hash of technical browser features. We do not store the features themselves.

If you arrive through a partner link and allow marketing cookies, we remember the partner code to credit your sign-up to that partner.

Support requests: name, email, topic and message text, browser, and your account details if you are signed in. They arrive in our mailbox.

Why

To run the service: sign-in, spreads, readings, history and subscriptions. This is needed to perform our contract with you.

To protect the service from abuse and enforce plan limits. This uses the IP address and the guest browser fingerprint. This is our legitimate interest.

To answer your requests and meet legal duties such as keeping payment records.

We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

AI readings

Readings are usually written by a model on our own server. If it is busy or unavailable, the question, cards and photo go to a cloud AI provider, which receives them to return the answer.

Who we share data with

Only with contractors the service cannot run without: hosting, email delivery, Google and Telegram for sign-in, the payment partner and the cloud AI provider. Each gets only what its task needs. Some of them may process data outside your country.

The site loads fonts from fonts.bunny.net and the Telegram script. These services see your IP address.

We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

Cookies

Necessary cookies always work: the sign-in session, sign-in and sign-up protection, language and your cookie choice.

Everything else is turned on only with your consent. Today that is one marketing cookie: a partner code kept for 30 days if you arrived through a partner link. There are no functional or statistics cookies yet. If they appear, we will ask for your consent again.

Your choice is kept for 12 months. You can change it at any time in Cookie settings in Help or at the bottom of this page.

Browser storage keeps your theme and studio settings.

How long we keep data

Your account and spreads are kept until you delete them. You can delete a spread in your history, and your account on request.

Photos attached to spreads are deleted after 30 days. They leave backups within another 30 days.

Support correspondence is kept as long as we need it to answer and keep track of requests.

We keep no logs with the text of your questions or AI answers. Technical logs without spread contents are kept for a limited time and overwritten. Payment records are kept as long as the law requires.

Your rights

You can get a copy of your data, correct or delete it, restrict processing or object to it. Write to hello@cogerent.software, and we will reply within 30 days.

If you think we violate your rights, you can complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Security

Data travels over an encrypted connection. Passwords are stored only as hashes. Your spreads are visible to you and the service administrators.

Age

The service is for people aged 18 and over. If a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will announce changes to this policy on the site. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
